President of the Treasury Board and former Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day says he is concerned about the “alarming” in crease in “unreported crime” in Canada.
The Conservative Minister did not explain how he knows there’s an increase if the crimes are not reported.
According to the Quality of Life Index for 2010 published by International Living Canada is the ninth best place in the world in which to live.
The United Nations Human Development Report for 2009 ranks Canada as the fourth best country in the world
